The Stop OverSpending amendment puts the people back in charge. SOS allows government spending to grow each year, but at a reasonable rate--the rate of inflation plus population growth.

With SOS, there are no spending cuts, ever. SOS will, however, ensure that politicians have to live by the same budget standards that families, individuals, and businesses have to live by every day.
